Operations Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with Service Providers for the smooth running of business.
Manage contractual agreement with service providers, suppliers & vendors.
Liaise with Senior Management to resolve any disputes with service providers.
Act as a point of contact for other departments and carry out the day to day operational activities.
Support Operations Manager in all his daily operational requirements.
Handle all Customer Support escalations.
Coordinate logistic activities like identifying logistic companies, shipping materials etc.
On a need basis assist in Sales and Business Development which includes Report preparations, providing various other support for Sales and Marketing team.
Identify the requirements for policy and policy changex.
Draft Policies/ Procedure/ Guidelines/ SOP for various processes within Operations.
Work around solutions, with IT departments for any technology related emergency.
Prepare monthly Staff Roster and manage attendance.
Ensure confidentiality of information as desired by the organization.
Generate various report as and when required.

 

Skills Required
Experience in client communication and customer support.
Prior Experience in managing Suppliers & Vendors.
Knowledge about remittance business is an advantage.
Basic Logistic Management experience is desirable.
Basic knowledge in compliance procedure.
Prior experience in using CRM tools.
Should have good hold on MS Excel.
Attention to detail.
Good Command over English language.
Specifications
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ Years of experience in Operations.
Will to work in shifts/Australian Time Zone.
Six days working with alternative Saturday off.
